Self-Service Kiosks
Accessible check-in kiosks are available throughout the departures level and are available just prior to
the airline’s full-service check-in counters.
All check-in kiosks are equipped with a navigational keypad featuring tactile keys that help provide
software navigation and can also be operable with one hand. The keypad has a 3.5 mm audio
headphone jack with volume control for audible instructions. To use the audible navigation instructions,
guests would be required to insert their headphone into the audio jack. All of our kiosks are also
designed to meet kiosk height requirements for guests who use a wheeled mobility device.
