Passenger Rights

YVR supports all efforts to educate the public on existing passenger rights. The Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) provides a number of resources outlining the rights for air passengers and Canadian and foreign air carriers. This information is available here. Additionally, passengers with questions regarding cell phone, tablet and laptop searches at the Canadian border (including airports, sea ports, international waterways and land border crossings) can visit the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada's website here.
