YVR Terminal Operations Update

As we continue to slow down and see reduced passenger traffic due to COVID-19, we are making additional changes to our operation and winding down areas of the terminal. These changes help to conserve resources while maintaining the safety and security of our people and facility.

Beginning today, all domestic passengers will use C-Pier and the following gates will be closed in International and Transborder terminals:
  • International Terminal, Gate D68
  • USA Terminal, Gates E75-E76 
All connection processes remain fully operational, but select processes will see some changes including suspending the use of buses for connecting international to domestic passengers. Passengers will now go through the terminal and will be re-screened.
 
These optimization efforts include closing all washroom and retail, food and beverage outlets in the impacted areas. For a full list of food, beverage and service options currently open at YVR, visit the Shop and Dine and Services section of our website.
 
Wayfinding signage will be placed in the terminal to re-direct passengers, and Customer Care Ambassadors will be stationed in certain areas to answer questions. And of course, if any assistance is required, please contact our 24/7 Customer Care team at 604-207-7077 or pick up any courtesy telephone throughout the airport.
