Public Engagement

We want your feedback

YVR public engagement is underway and we want your input. We are looking to hear directly from the public and passengers impacted by the disruption to air travel in December and January

The public engagement process is in addition to the operational review YVR is undertaking across the airport community, including airlines, partners, suppliers, and employees.

We would like to hear from passengers who travelled to or from the airport during the months of December 2022 and January 2023 as well as members of the public who were impacted by the travel disruption during the holiday season. The engagement will use a mix of consultation methods, including an online feedback form, virtual focus groups and panels, and written submissions to help ensure a diversity of experiences are included, such as travellers with mobility considerations or varying language or communication needs.

Public engagement is being conducted in two phases
Phase 2 Survey Live
Phase 2

Between January 31, 2023, through February 21, 2023, YVR is looking for feedback and comments on a variety of topics including communication, services, support requirements, and potential services to support travellers during any future travel disruptions.
