Templeton Area Redevelopment Update

Construction Activities: Two Week Period of November 8 to 19, 2021

Landscaping and paver stone installation in the social commons area continue to be the key planned activities over the next two weeks. Learn about what to expect during construction here. This week’s update, which covers the next two weeks follows below. There is no scheduled update the week of November 15.

OVERVIEW (new activity this period)

Landscaping and other work to complete the meadow areas and the social commons continue as construction winds down. For notice of specific activities related to the Templeton Project over the next two weeks, please see detailed update below.

NOVEMBER 8-19, 2021: WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT 

Areas of focus over the next two weeks include:

New work:

  • Begin placing sand for the gravel pathways.

Continuing:

  • Install irrigation and place topsoil (45% complete; note that additional hydroseeding is planned for this week).
  • Tree planting (commenced Nov 5).
  • Install paver stones in the future social commons area (now scheduled to begin mid-week).
  • Dust monitoring and watering as necessary.
  • Vehicles and equipment moving through the site.

HOURS OF OPERATION & SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES (no new updates)

Construction takes place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Equipment and machinery are turned on after 7:30 a.m. An update will be provided if work is required outside of this timeframe.

Please note plans, activities and onsite equipment are subject to change based on evolving project needs and weather.
