Templeton Area Redevelopment

Construction Update: April 8, 2022

Please be advised of work to take place on Saturday, April 9, 2022 between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

OVERVIEW

Hydroseeding of grassed areas will take place throughout the site over approximately four-hours, as part of the final stages of corridor construction.

Hydroseeding is a safe, non-toxic, and efficient way to grow grass. It also will help to minimize dust as warmer weather approaches. The work has been scheduled for Saturday based on the availability of specialized equipment which is in high demand at this time of year. We appreciate everyone’s patience and look forward to opening the area for community use as quickly as possible.

Please note that the park remains closed to the public until construction is complete and plantings take root. The area is open for YVR authorized wildlife personnel only.
