And this is why we’re excited to launch our new Guest Experience program in early 2022. We’re focused on finding the right people to help us bring our new program to life.
As we move through the pandemic, we’re taking every opportunity to evaluate our business and operations to continue to deliver a safe, secure and positive experience for everyone working and travelling through our airport. This has led us to exploring a new approach to service delivery to better meet the changing needs of our passengers.
Next year, we’ll be welcoming a new Guest Experience team at YVR, who will be greeting and serving everyone travelling through the airport, representing YVR and our brand, value and culture back to our passengers and community at every touch point. And importantly, our new program will be founded on sharing a Musqueam welcome, ensuring a strong connection to the original stewards of Sea Island lands.

YVR Guest Experience Program: Career Opportunities Open House
If you’re interested in being a part of this new program, we’re hosting an open house to provide you with an opportunity to speak with YVR representatives.
