At YVR, we are ready to welcome back travellers and connect B.C. proudly to the world once conditions indicate that it is safe to do so. And as B.C. advances its restart plan, we are re-opening areas of the airport in preparation for easing travel measures.
On June 3 at 6:00 a.m., the Domestic Terminal check-in and baggage drop-off area on departures level 3 will re-open for those who need to travel for essential purposes. Once checked in, passengers will proceed to the A/B or C Gates checkpoint for pre-board screening.
As passengers return, we recognize that travel will look different and are working with our many partners to deliver a safe and seamless journey through the airport. Re-opening our Domestic Terminal is a positive step towards the return to travel and we look forward to helping you navigate the airport and delivering a memorable YVR experience.
For those who need to travel, we are red carpet ready!
The safety and security of our passengers, employees and airport visitors remains our top priority. Though our YVR TAKEcare program, we are following a multi-layered approach to health and hygiene, incorporating the latest health, safety and cleaning measures as outlined by government agencies and health industry experts so you can travel through the airport with confidence.
