The 2021 Green Excellence Awards Nominations are open

WHAT IS THE YVR GREEN EXCELLENCE AWARD?

Vancouver Airport Authority / L'Administration de l’aéroport de Vancouver strives to be a leader in environmental management and actively seeks to improve our environmental performance. Achieving this vision would not be possible without the active participation of our community partners and fellow Sea Island businesses.

Since 2011, the YVR Green Excellence Award has commended and awarded Sea Island organizations for the steps they have taken to reduce the environmental impact of operations and raise awareness of environmental issues through education and outreach.

ELIGIBILITY AND NOMINATION

  1. Saving energy and/or fuel,
  2. Reducing waste,
  3. Conserving potable water,

  5. Supporting employees and engaging customers/partners on environmental issues.

If this describes your organization, or if you know of another organization that deserves recognition for their green efforts, please complete the online nomination form here (it should take no more than five minutes) by November 22nd, 2021.
