Baggage and Gate Scheduler (Part-time)
This entry level job is perfect for someone whose skills include scheduling, data entry and analysis, and issue resolution. In this role, you will be building the daily sector gate, check-in counter, and baggage carousel schedules, implementing the seasonal schedule and supporting the Integrated Operations Center in the instance of an emergency. Manager, Emergency Planning
YVR is looking for someone with 5+ years’ leadership and operational experience to lead the team responsible for the administration of the Emergency Management Plan, establishing guidelines and procedures to support the airport’s response to emergencies. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in public safety, public administration, business continuity or a related field or a three-year degree in life safety disciplines; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Junior Technical Analyst
We have a permanent, full-time opportunity for a Junior Technical Analyst (Network) in the Information Technology Department. Reporting to the Manager, Technology Services, the successful candidate will provide technical and project support services to the airport’s enterprise and facilities systems for current and future applications. We’re looking for someone with a 2-3 year certificate or diploma in an IT-related field, supplemented by related co-op work experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
