As 2018 winds down, YVR is looking forward and preparing for more growth in the new year. Manager, Financial Reporting
Do you have a CPA designation and have a solid understanding of business processes, internal controls and experience with SOX or CSOX documentation and testing? If so, this might be the position for you. The Manager, Financial Reporting will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements as well as managing various audit and review engagements. Manager, Commercial Services
The Manager, Commercial Services will be responsible for the long term planning aspects related to the real estate portfolio within the terminal. They will negotiate leasing agreements, formulate business cases, and develop and monitor business plans to hit revenue goals. Interested? Find out more here.
Manager, Engineering Services
Our engineering team is looking for help! Reporting to the VP, Engineering, the successful candidate will assist on all things operational and electrical in and around airport facilities. Responsibilities include creating, monitoring, and implementing a 30 Year Electrical Master Plan, owning and reviewing YVR technical standards, and providing electrical expertise. Manager, Land Development and Leasing
The Manager, Land Development and Leasing will be responsible for planning, proposing, and developing business cases for the use of land on YVR. They will be tasked with managing land development, growing the department’s revenue streams, and liaising with existing tenants to understand building needs. Find out more here.
Payroll and Benefits Administrator
If you have a knack for numbers, this is the position for you! Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, this individual will be tasked with administering bi-weekly payroll, administering employee benefit programs, and be a primary contact for all employees with questions regarding compensation and benefits.
