Long-term Planning

Combining our public mandate and unique operating model, YVR is able to make decisions with long-term benefit in mind and build incrementally and sustainably to support growth. The Airport Improvement Fee has funded a number of capital projects over the years which can be seen in the video below. All of these projects are to ensure we can continue fulfilling our public mandate and support the region by operating a safe and efficient airport for generations to come.
