Strengthening the Core

The decline in traffic due to the pandemic has provided a catalyst for change, shifting our focus to improving the resilience of our existing infrastructure through asset management and maintenance. We will optimize our airport and its infrastructure for safety, efficiency and sustainability by examining every aspect of our operations, including our asset management program.  

• We will take a holistic approach to leveraging the potential of our existing airside infrastructure, implementing operational changes that will have benefits now and in the longer term, as traffic returns.
• We will seek to be more efficient across operational areas, including passenger experience, departure punctuality, baggage connections and cargo.
• We will continue to prioritize environmental sustainability, working to reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2030.
