Summer Runway Maintenance

As part of our ongoing commitment to safety, Vancouver Airport Authority will be implementing airfield lighting upgrades and annual maintenance on the south runway this summer.

This requires nightly closure of the south runway from 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. from July 2nd – August 26th, 2012. During this time, the north runway will be used for aircraft departures and arrivals.
