YVR Summer Festival Tour

Vancouver Airport Authority is reaching out to its local community the summer season by attending 15 festivals, large and small, in neighborhoods around the Lower Mainland. It all starts this weekend at Marpole Community Day which runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. A list of our tour stops in June can be seen below.

Airport Authority staff will be on hand to engage the community to talk about B.C.’s airport and some of its key contributions to the region. YVR’s display will include a scale model of the airport, information boards and giveaways.

Look out for us in your local community and be sure to stop by, say hello, and ask any questions you might have regarding YVR. See you soon!

June 1 - Marpole Community Day - 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

June 20 - Thompson Community Picnic - 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

June 23 - Burkeville Daze -  Burkeville, Richmond 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

June 29, 30 - Golden Spike Days - 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Our full calendar for the YVR Summer Festival Tour will be updated shortly so you can find out when we'll be visiting your neck of the woods.
