He dubbed himself “the Anderson Cooper of YVR” and the public agreed, voting the affable, outgoing and curious Jaeger Mah onto YVR’s Sea Island home after viewing his entry video focused on “the heart of YVR” (aka its people).
We announced this morning that the 29-year-old Port Alberni native, who now lives in Vancouver, is the successful Live@YVR correspondent after receiving 4,128 online votes – more than double that of his closest competitor.
We get so many requests every year from members of the public who want to get behind the scenes at YVR that we decided to open our doors to the world through the eyes of a very special correspondent. Beginning August 17, Jaeger will share our stories with the world via a dedicated channel at www.liveatyvr.ca.
