Thank goodness it’s Friday! And what better way to celebrate the beginning of the weekend than with a glass of wine at one of our two new Vino Volo wine lounges at YVR? We are thrilled that Vino Volo chose YVR for its first international location - and for its first location before-security location in an airport.
Travellers will be able to enjoy a glass of wine as they wait for their flight in the after-security area of U.S. Departures, while employees and meeters and greeters can enjoy a flight of their own at the wine bar located in the public waiting area of the International Terminal.
Vino Volo - derived from "wine flight" in Italian - offers wines from around the world by the glass or in tasting flights. Wine associates will help guests explore and enjoy Vino Volo’s range of wines. A patented tasting system, including themed tasting flights of two or three glasses, eases customers through the wine discovery process.
Current featured flights include: World Value Reds, BC Whites, California Kings, BC Nights, Shades of White, Good Neighbours, Sommelier Series and World Noirs.
Our personal pick for a Friday Night Flight is BC Nights. Cheers!
