So we knew that coming to Live@YVR for 80 days was a pretty cool opportunity. But what we didn’t know was how great the response would be!
This past Friday marked YVR’s 80th Anniversary. To celebrate, we held a public open house at the airport on July 22 and 23.
July 22, 1931 has a special meaning at YVR. It’s our opening day, meaning that this week YVR turns 80!
Are you one of those naturally perky morning people? How about someone who was known for dancing long into the night? If you’re an early riser or a night owl, YVR is looking for Green Coat Volunteers from 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. or 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
In June we asked you to send in ideas for our Observation Area. Thanks to all of those who submitted comments, we have received lots of great ideas. We have made a shortlist and encourage you to vote for your favorite.
