This week, we celebrated the much-anticipated opening of Pajo’s in YVR’s International Terminal, pre-security. We are very excited to incorporate a variety of options for everyone travelling through YVR, with our very own B.C. operated business!
From the seafood chowder to the oh-so-famous halibut and chips, Pajo's is here to impress travellers from all around the world. The crispy shells and soft centres of every fish bring customers back and tasting again, as seen from the crowds during these first days of opening.
With fresh, local, B.C. ingredients, Pajo’s is (of course) famous for its fish and chips. It’s their motto after all. Their story began in 1985, starting with just a stand in Steveston’s Wharf and now found in five different locations in B.C. We are excited to have Pajo’s Fish and Chips jump on board with us as we further enhance YVR’s award-winning concession program.
