Our executive team oversees the effective operation and management of Vancouver International Airport. 

Larry Berg, President and Chief Executive Officer

Larry Berg is President and Chief Executive Officer of Vancouver Airport Authority, a role he has held since 1998. He joined the Airport Authority at its inception in 1992, serving as Senior Vice President, Operations.

Don Ehrenholz, Vice President, Engineering

As Vice President, Engineering, Don Ehrenholz oversees long-term capital planning, facility alteration permits, capital program implementation and facility maintenance to ensure airport infrastructure and services meets current and future demands. He joined the Airport Authority in 1994 as Manager, Engineering Projects, held the role of Director, Engineering Projects for many years and most recently served as Vice President, Airport Operations and Engineering.

Tony Gugliotta, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

Tony Gugliotta joined the Airport Authority in 1992 and assumed responsibility for the corporate finance program, followed by the commercial leasing program in 1994. In 2007, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development.

Steve Hankinson, Vice President, Operations

Steve Hankinson joined Vancouver Airport Authority in 2007 as Director, Customer Care and Security. As Vice President, Operations, his responsibilities include Security and Emergency Planning, Aviation Operations, Terminal Operations and Customer Care.

Michele Mawhinney, Vice President, Human Resources

Michele Mawhinney joined the Airport Authority in 1992 as a human resources consultant. In 2003, she was appointed Vice President, Human Resources and is responsible for employee and industrial relations, health and safety, and training.

Glenn McCoy, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Glenn McCoy is responsible for accounting, corporate finance and purchasing. He joined the Airport Authority at its inception in 1992, and has held a number of positions in the finance group, most recently as Director, Finance.

Kevin Molloy, Vice President, Simplified Passenger Travel and Chief Information Officer

Kevin Molloy joined the Airport Authority in 1995. In his role as Vice President, Simplified Passenger Travel and Chief Information Officer, he oversees information technology infrastructure and applications at YVR, and works with partners to evolve procedures and technologies to support streamlined processing for airport users.

Anne Murray, Vice President, Community and Environmental Affairs

Anne Murray joined the Airport Authority in 1992 and was appointed Director, Environment in 1998, and Vice President, Community and Environmental Affairs in 2000. She is responsible for environmental management, communications, media relations and community relations.

E. Michael O'Brien, Corporate Secretary and Vice President, Strategic Planning and Legal Services

Since joining the Airport Authority in 1992, Michael O'Brien has been variously responsible for legal services, strategic planning, government relations, communications, and community and environmental issues. He is a member of the Bar in British Columbia and Ontario.
