Fun Fact Friday: 778,000 Customer Care Enquiries in 2012

The airport greeted more than 17.6 million passengers last year, and a lot of those folks needed to be pointed in the right direction.

Luckily we have an incredible Customer Care team comprised of Green Coat Volunteers and Marquise Customer Care staff throughout the terminal to assist with anything the travelling public might need. From lost and found, flight information, or directions to the nearest washroom. our staff assisted people via telephone, email and of course in person.

How many people?

Well the most current statistics state that in 2012, there were 778,000 Customer Care enquiries. That's 2,131 per day!

We are very proud of our Customer Care staff and how hard they work to leave every passenger happy and feeliing like they are headed in the right direction. Their hard work and dedication to delivering the highest standard of care is reflected in our Skytrax Award for Best Airport in North America, and on the smiling faces throughout the terminal every day.
