Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is staring even the most daunting of diets in the face with its Lifestyle Cuisine Plus menu, now available at Globe@YVR at The Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel.
The brand-new menu features an array of appetizers, mains, beverages and even desserts that are custom-created with the specific dietary conditions and preferences of a variety of travellers in mind.
Menu choices range under a number of categories specific to dietary conditions and preferences to satisfy those on gluten-free, diabetes, heart disease, macrobiotic, raw and vegan diets.
The tantalizing menu offerings include seared scallops with Himalayan steamed rice (diabetes); coconut poached acorn squash soup (gluten-free); brown rice and pickled daikon nori roll (macrobiotic); and chocolate ganache flan (vegan).
Globe@YVR is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
